Most people underestimate how long meaningful transformation takes. The clients who succeed are the ones for whom coaching becomes a habit, not a short-term challenge.
That's why the Transformation plan is the ideal place to start: enough support and enough time for change to actually stick.
The Transformation plan is recommended for most people: full support without the maximum commitment.

Not dramatic before-and-afters. Busy people with night shifts, demanding jobs, and families who stayed consistent with the right support.
Results vary with individual effort, consistency, and adherence. These are real clients sharing their experience with permission. Meher (night-shift corporate, 8 weeks, 3 kg) is also featured on the full results page.
Why I built FitCodeLab.
Hi, I'm Shwetang. I'm not someone who woke up one day and decided to call himself a coach. The way I coach comes from years of living these exact challenges myself: getting them wrong, learning, and slowly working out what actually holds up in real life.
For the last five years, I've worked night shifts. So when I talk about training around a body clock that's always slightly off, eating well when your schedule is upside down, and protecting sleep and recovery while a demanding job pulls at you, I'm not speaking from theory. I've had to find what works in the middle of it.
I've also been vegetarian through my whole fitness journey. I know the questions firsthand: can you build muscle, lose fat, and hit your protein without making food complicated or joyless? I worked those answers out the hard way, and I help my clients reach them without the overwhelm.
My own story isn't a tidy before-and-after. It has been many phases. I started underweight, around 45 kg. Over the years I worked up to 60, then 80, and eventually crossed 90. I've been through muscle-building phases and phases where I gained too much fat, and I've dieted back down more than once and finally seen the lean physique I once assumed wasn't for me.
Because I've lived each of those stages, I understand the physical grind and the mental weight that come with all of them. And I didn't stop at my own experience. I've spent countless hours studying nutrition and food science, how habits actually form, body composition, what blood work and health reports are really telling you, recovery, the role hormones play, training principles, and how food connects to how you feel and perform.
I'm genuinely fascinated by how the body works, and by how lasting change comes from practical, livable adjustments rather than extremes. So when you tell me you're tired, stuck, or starting over again, I'm not judging from the outside. I've been where you are, I understand how hard it can be, and I've spent years learning how to navigate it so you don't have to do it alone.
It's not a faceless app. It's a coach who stays close, the whole way through.
Regular, human check-ins that catch problems early, before they become reasons to quit.
We look at what's working and what isn't, and adjust the plan to your real results.
A message away for questions, swaps, and the small course-corrections that keep you on track.
Not a plan you're handed and left with. Coaching that keeps adapting as your life does.
Still wondering if things can change. Or finally proud of what you see in the mirror.
